Shocking Statistics

According to CBN
• 1,500 ministers drop out of ministry every month
• Another 200 are fired (and that number may be even higher)
• 39% say burnout is the greatest danger to them and their families
• 80% name isolation as the major problem they face and
• 78% think their job has a negative effect on their families.

Statistics are interesting, but meaningless until we interpret their meaning in relation to how they effect us personally. When we see statistics about our career in general, we often fail to personalize them, because they reflect the overall look of our profession, and don’t mean much in our own experience. That is unless we are one of the statistics.  more>>

So, the minister is sent into the arena with a good understanding of the teachings of the church, but with little understanding of church dynamics of leadership and politics. more>>

"What can I say? Your coaching style was just what I needed. I owe a great deal of gratitude to you for helping to jump-start me toward a more fulfilling life. The time I spent in coaching with you was God-given and my life has been transformed." Joanna Gabriel, Florida

I feel very blessed to have completed coaching sessions with Rev. René Pare'. I was at a place where ministry was no longer fun. I felt burned out and frustrated. With Rene’s coaching, I’m loving ministry again. -B.C.

Being newly-ordained, I can't imagine leading a church the size of the one I serve without your support, guidance and encouragement.  It is so comforting to know that you are only a phone call away and that you have so much insight and experience. Will Bowen, Missouri
